Eursafe

EurSafe is an independent organisation, which provides a focal point for those who have a professional interest in the ethical issues involved in agriculture and food supply. The Society, founded in 1999, is an interdisciplinary, cross-cultural and non-partisan organisation.
EurSafe aims to encourage academic education and research, and international debate on the ethical issues involved in agriculture and food supply.


EurSafe Conference 2019

Sustainable governance and management of food systems: ethical perspectives

The 15th Congress of the European Society for Agricultural and Food Ethics, will take place from 18-21 September 2019 at the University of Tampere, Finland. EurSafe 2019 will be a forum for discussing ethical issues around food and agriculture, including production, processing, wholesale, consumption, marketing as well as policy and health issues.
